Our Mission
Columbus Pet Rescue’s mission is to care for all animals in need of help - stray and neglected, abandoned and abused, friendly and feral. With compassion and purpose, we pave the path toward adoption, championing the belief that every life saved from the streets enriches our own.
Any donations you make will be tax deductible to the full extent of the tax laws.
We Help All Animals
As a pet rescue, our mission is to care for all animals in need of help. This includes animals that are unfit for adoption, for whom we continue to provide food, shelter, and medical care to prevent the spreading of disease and overpopulation. Throughout Columbus our volunteers have stumbled upon various colonies of feral cats living in unsafe environments with scant food, rampant disease, and uncontrolled breeding. We care for several colonies of feral cats, all of which have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and ticks, tested for disease, and vaccinated.
